I never planned to run for Congress. I spent nearly six years in law enforcement before starting my own business, and focusing on providing for my family.

Then everything changed.

After being diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney failure, I lost my business and faced challenges my family never imagined. Medicare and Medicaid helped us through one of the most difficult times of our lives.

That experience showed me how quickly a family’s future can change. As a father of three daughters, I believe every family deserves access to affordable healthcare, good-paying jobs, quality schools, and a government that works for everyday people.

That’s why I’m running for Congress.
